Welcoming new personnel!

We are very excited to welcome two new postdocs and one new graduate student to the lab. Dr. Peng Jin comes to us from UCSF where he worked on glioma and will continue to do this and work on Alzheimer's on our new R01.

Dr. Gabriela Mendes joins us from Texas A&M where she completed her Ph.D. in Genetics. She will be working on our R01 with City of Hope to examine how fluid flow can be leveraged to predict and enhance CAR T therapy in glioblastoma.

Samantha Howerton is a graduate student in the TBMH program and will be joining us to work on our Ivy Foundation grant and developing patient-specific tissue engineered models of glioblastoma.
