Publication out in NPJ Precision Oncology

We have finally published our work on the development of a patient-designed 3D tissue engineered system for the study of glioblastoma. This publication began eight years ago with our first graduate student Jessica Yuan at UVa. We describe how we use patient cellular ratios to recreate tissue environments and show that the addition or removal of these cells in the context of different patient-derived glioma stem cell lines can alter invasion, proliferation, and stem-like populations.
